Orla turned to complementary therapies over 10 years ago to help manage the mental and physical strains caused by her hectic career in finance. Inspired by the wonderful therapists she met and longing to help others manage their own stress led Orla to qualify in Holistic Massage with the Edinburgh Therapy Academy in 2007. Orla passionately believes in the power of touch and that regular massage should be an integral part of all our lives to help boost self-esteem and wellbeing.

Massage treatments are offered on Saturdays at Physis, a Physiotherapy Practice based in Trinity on the north side of Edinburgh. Evening appointments are available at Dunfermline Accupuncture Clinic which is located on Maygate in the centre of the town.
