Orla qualified as a Massage Therapist in 2007 following the birth of her first child. Having experienced first hand the far reaching benefits of massage for her and her family Orla decided to leave her career in finance behind & follow her desire to establish her own business in a field that she loves. Since then her practice has gone from strength to strength.
Insurance & Registration
Orla is insured and registered as a full Member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) which is the largest multi-disciplinary therapy organisation in the UK. She is also registered with the Association of Massage Therapists Scotland. The aim of the AMTS is to bring together therapists from Scotland and the rest of world to further the work of massage within the medical arena.

Orla has worked in a variety of clinic settings including Physis (physiotherapy), Neal's Yard Remedies, the Dunfermline Acupuncture Clinic, Healthcare Now & most recently The Althos Clinic in Perth.
Orla has undertaken onsite work for Onsite Relaxation Ltd and social enterprise company Centre of Health & Wellbeing. She has provided event massage voluntarily at The Pink Ribbon Walk for Breast Cancer Care & worked at events such as The Edinburgh Festival & Parents Like Us.
