A minimum of 60 minutes is required for your first appointment to allow sufficient time for your health consultation. To get the most out of your massage a full body treatment is preferable which takes at least an hour. The half hour session generally focuses on a particular body area e.g. back, neck & shoulders. 90 minutes is usually recommended for the first Pregnancy Massage appointment due to the detailed consultation and changes of positioning involved, leaving more time for the massage itself.

Birth Partner Tuition in Massage for Pregnancy & Labour

This session which lasts 60 to 90 minutes and normally takes place at home costs £45 and includes a full handout as well as a bottle of Labour Massage Oil and a handy colour Step-by-Step Guide to Massage for Pregnancy & Labour from Vital Touch.

Pamper Evenings

£10 for 20 minutes and £15 for 30 minutes. Minimum of 4 clients required. A mobile fee may be charged depending on the distance travelled. The following treatments are available:

• Seated Acupressure Massage
• Hand & Foot Massage

Payment is made directly with Orla by cash, cheque or gift voucher.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that Orla operates a strict cancellation policy:

Late cancellation under 48 hours: 50% of fee
Missed appointment without notice: full fee

This policy allows Orla to cover her clinic room rental and prevents loss of income. Please let Orla know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your appointment so that she may offer the space to another client on the waiting list.
